Mitrovic gets suspension of eight duels for pushing referee

The English Football Association FA has suspended Aleksandar Mitrovic for eight duels. The Fulham striker gave referee Kavanagh a shove in the lost FA Cup game with Manchester United (3-1) last month. The Serb was also fined some 85,000 euros.
Among others, Paolo di Canio preceded the Serb. The Italian pushed over a referee as a Sheffield Wednesday player in 1998 and then had to miss 11 games.
