Mary Duffya 71 year old woman, confesses looking and feeling better than she did 30 years ago…. And no wonder. When she turned 59 she started working out in an attempt to lose weight and soon became hooked on the weightlifting.

Mary, of Trumbull, Connecticut (USA), confesses: “I started seriously going to the gym ten years ago, when I realized I had put on a lot of weight; I remember realizing it when I looked in the mirror and thought, ‘That’s not me. “I quickly lost weight and realized that. the more I trained, the more I enjoyed it, and it’s been that way ever since.
