Justin Kluivert has a transfer to the Premier League up for grabs. Bournemouth are acquiring the 24-year-old striker from AS Roma. Last season, Kluivert played for Valencia CF in La Liga. In 26 league games, he scored 6 goals.

After a season and a half in Ajax’s first team, Kluivert made the move to AS Roma in 2018 at the age of 19. A real breakthrough in Italy did not materialize and Roma successively rented the outfielder to Germany’s RB Leipzig, France’s OGC Nice and Spain’s Valencia. He still had a contract in Rome until mid-2025.

Kluivert is the first purchase for the new season of Bournemouth, which finished fifteenth in the Premier League last season. Kluivert signed a multi-year commitment there. Neither club is making any announcements about the transfer fee.

If Kluivert debuts in the Premier League, he will become the first Dutch player to make minutes in the five major leagues (England, Spain, Germany, France, Italy).
