Tara’s story: she accused Biden of raping her and now asks Putin for citizenship by taking shelter in Russia: “They give me security here”.

What citizen of what we call the free world would want to move to Russia?Who would want to live under the same roof as Putin?in a regime that too often undermines individual freedoms? In principle no one, although some people may find that country safer than the European Union or the United States.

That happens to Tara Reade, an American who has fled to Russia. because she feared imprisonment or murder in her country. During a press conference this Tuesday in Moscow with Sputnika state-owned news outlet, the woman has asked Putin for Russian citizenship.

I didn’t want to go home and get put in a cage or get killed, which were basically my two options.”

Reade is afraid of one of the most powerful people in the world; she has fled from the president of the United States. This woman accuses Joe Biden of sexually assaulting her. “As I move forward, I hope to find safety here…. I appreciate my friends in Russia who have opened their arms to me and given me that security,” Reade told Russian media.

“I didn’t want to go home and get put in a cage or get killed, which were basically my two options,” the woman said. Reade has applied for Russian citizenshipbut intends to retain U.S. citizenship.

“Come on man, I hear you like me.”

The story dates back to 1993, although nothing was known until 2019. That year, Tara Reade, a former personal assistant in Biden’s Senate office in the 1990s, accused the politician of harassment and inappropriate conduct. The Democrat had taken to stroking her neck and shoulders, the woman recounted in The Uniona Nevada newspaper.

A year later, during the 2020 presidential campaign, she was more explicit and spoke already of sexual assault. What Reade narrated in a podcast was that in 1993 Biden pushed her up against a wall, put his hands under her skirt, and penetrated her with his fingers without her consent.

He kissed me on my neck and then put his hands under my skirt. And he asked me if I wanted to go somewhere else'”

“I remember it all happened at once….. He kissed me on my neck and then he put his hands under my skirt. He asked me, ‘Do you want to go somewhere else?’ and when I pushed him away he looked at me and said: ‘Come on man, I heard you like me.’“, Reade recounted. Shortly thereafter she was fired.

The former aide then asserted. that she had verbally alerted three supervisors about Biden’s alleged sexual harassment. All three deny this and claim to have no record of any complaint.

But several friends and a former neighbor of Reade’s did corroborate. her account, stating that she had told them something of Biden’s sexual behavior but without going into detail. However, a number of journalists who investigated the story found inconsistencies between Reade’s version of events and the corroborated versions.

It’s not true. I say it flat out, that did not happen, never, never, never, never.”

Obviously, the current U.S. president denies it all. That 2020, Biden responded to the press, “It’s not true. I say it flat out, that did not happen, never, ever, ever, ever.” A year later, as the matter was still simmering, then-White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed that Reade’s claims were already “heavily litigated.”

Ammunition for Republicans

Reade’s story has become a cause célèbre among some of Biden’s harshest critics. on the right, recounts the New York Post. These are the cases of Roger Stone, a long-time advisor to Donald Trump, and Fox News Tucker Carlson. Both offered the whistleblower various platforms to air her grievances.

This past March, Republicans Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz Tara Reade was invited to Congress to give an interview transcribed in connection with her complaint, reports. Newsweek. They did so when the Republican Party was investigating the Biden family, in particular their accounts and financial records.

And it wasn’t just the Republicans. The now the House Democratic minority leader, Hakeem Jeffries, said during the 2020 presidential election that Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegation against President Biden should “be seriously investigated.”

Reade and her defense of Putin

Has Tara Reade fled to Russia just because she believes it will be the place where she will be most protected from any threat from the White House? Not just because of that. She tells the Post that the woman has a public record of defending Putin. and promoting the merits of the Russian propaganda news channel. RT.

In December, Russia sought to have Reade appear before the UN Security Council to report on alleged arms trafficking in Ukraine.

Last December, Russian officials invited Reade to appear before the UN Security Council. The news website Semafor reported, citing an unnamed source with knowledge of the matter, that the Russian delegation requested that Reade to report on alleged arms trafficking in Ukraine.. India, which chairs the Council, declined to hear Reade after questioning his “relevance and suitability” for a discussion on arms diversion.

And the truth is that this Tuesday, at that press conference with SputnikReade was accompanied by Maria Butinaa Russian woman who was convicted in the U.S. of attempting to influence U.S. politics as a foreign agent by infiltrating the National Rifle Association. Butina, who was imprisoned in North America in 2018, is today a Russian deputy.

Before Russian journalists, Reade recalled her cause and repeated her complaint against Biden for sexual assault. And in passing he went over the many things he does not like about the U.S.. He criticized its politics, its infrastructure, the media industry and Washington’s stance on the war in Ukraine.
