What we have in our hands today is a very powerful machine, a high-end cell phone that features a 6.67-inch display with FHD+ resolution (2,700×1,220) and. adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz..
Mounts a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 4G processor and integrates a pretty amazing rear XMAGE camera with a 48-megapixel main sensor with variable aperture and optical stabilization, a 48-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor with 3.5x optical zoom, a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a ToF sensor. The front camera (selfie) is 13 megapixels.

Huawei has been engaged since the beginning of the century in the manufacture of cell phones and has evolved a lot and very fast in terms of quality and technology. But also in terms of design.
While at the beginning of time appearance was not a value that seemed to be very relevant for the brand, nowadays it is one of its most cared-for particularities.. And for proof, a button: the new Huawei P60 Pro is available in black and in a model they have called ‘Rococo Pearl’, a mother-of-pearl design that makes each terminal different and unique.
“As the world changes and time moves on, the canons of beauty transform. A nautilus shell encapsulates this same theory of beauty, forming treasures within itself throughout its extensive life. As it is reborn through time, oils accumulate in the shell over the years, acquiring a natural texture. These discreet pieces of natural texture are condensed with an enchanting sheen known as mother-of-pearl,” the company explains.
To replicate this, the designers behind the Huawei P60 Pro have combined “handmade artisanal methods made by hand with modern craft techniques. “Mineral pearl powder was added to the smartphone’s back panel and allowed to agglomerate into glitterachieving a one-of-a-kind mother-of-pearl texture,” they report.
Nor is the black model ‘the ugly duckling’. It incorporates a ‘Feather-Sand Glass’, a new textured anti-fingerprint back glass “that feels as smooth and delicate as a feather, yet sparkles like a diamond”. As I say, the grip is good and, in general, the handling is comfortable. Personally HarmonyOS I don’t quite get it, but I recognize that is well worked and that there is an important development and evolution. until reaching the current version, the 3.1, so if you handle well with this operating system I see few drawbacks to the new Huawei mobile -beyond the economic issue, which is always there, but it does not seem to me an exorbitant price given the characteristics of the phone-.
What’s more: the HarmonyOS 3.1 operating system offers some advantages, such as an optimized control panel, new application shortcuts, faster task execution and launching speed, a developer-friendly environment, and improved security and privacy features.
I’m not going to say that I don’t think the lack of GMS isn’t a tremendous barrier, especially for the generalist audience. But I feel that’s a debate that’s already stretched too far and that we all know what we’re up against when we pick up a Huawei handset. So, while I’m not of the opinion that it’s for everyone, those who move well in the realm of a world without Google have a nice little gem here..
Therefore, the only disadvantage that really seems to me to be important and worrisome is. That this phone comes without support for 5G networks.an almost unforgivable handicap at this point that may limit its connectivity and performance in the future -and, in fact, it will surely do so-. Except for this, it is a 100% worthwhile mobile.
