Fallout, first teaser trailer for Amazon TV series released

After releasing some posters and images in recent days, Amazon has released in these minutes the first teaser trailer of the TV series of Fallout.

The trailer introduces us to Lucy (played by Ella Purnell), a resident born and raised inside Vault 33, located somewhere in California. Lucy has never set foot in the Wasteland before, nor has she ever seen what the outside world is like, that is until she decides to begin her own adventure.

Todd Howard, Bethesda’s executive producer and director of the games, is Executive Producer of the series, which features Purnell (Yellowjackets), Walton Goggins (The Hateful Eight) as Ghoul, Aaron Moten (Emancipation) as Maximus, Moisés Arias (The King of Staten Island), Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks) and Sarita Choudhury (Homeland) in the cast.

Based on one of the greatest video game series ever, Fallout is the story of the haves and have-nots in a world where there is almost nothing left to own. 200 years after the apocalypse, the inhabitants of luxurious fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind, shocked to discover an incredibly complex, joyously bizarre and highly violent universe awaiting them.

The Fallout TV series will be available on Prime Video from April 12, 2024.
