Fallout, release date announced for Amazon’s live-action TV series

On the occasion of Fallout Day being celebrated today, Amazon announced with a short video message the release date of the live-action TV series of Fallout.
The series will be available for exclusive viewing on Prime Video starting April 12, 2024, and . that’s all we know for today. We have not yet been able to see a trailer for this long-awaited series, which will probably, at this point, arrive by the end of the year (although we are not entirely sure).
Todd Howard, Bethesda’s executive producer and director of the games, is Executive Producer of the series, which features Ella Purnell (Yellowjackets), Walton Goggins (The Hateful Eight), Aaron Moten (Emancipation), Moisés Arias (The King of Staten Island), Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks) and Sarita Choudhury (Homeland) in the cast.
Amazon stated in a press release that the series will tell an original story set in a future, post-apocalyptic version of Los Angeles and will be considered a canonical addition to the existing franchise. It is currently unknown how many episodes the series will have and whether there will be additional seasons in the future.
