‘I take on new challenges’

Sergio Ramos is saying goodbye to Paris Saint-Germain. He has decided not to renew his expiring contract with the Paris superpower. The 37-year-old defender announced this via social media.
‘Two special years’
Over a month before Messi came to Paris in 2021, Ramos joined PSG. He played two seasons. In the first year, Ramos struggled a lot with injuries, but especially in recent months, the defender was a regular base player.
In 44 games, the Spanish defender scored three goals. Last weekend PSG became national champions, Saturday is the last league game against Clermont.
“They were two special years in which I got to play every tournament. I will take on new challenges, I will wear different colors,” Ramos concluded.
