Distance shot by Michiel Kramer voted Goal of the Season

The distance shot from about 40 meters by RKC Waalwijk attacker Michiel Kramer in the match against Go Ahead Eagles has been voted Goal of the Season. This week, our followers on Instagram chose their favorite of the 22/23 season in the Eredivisie out of sixteen goals, with the top-16 including Danilo’s distance shot (AZ – Feyenoord), Syb van Ottele’s razor-hard peal (Go Ahead Eagles – Heerenveen) and Joshua Brenet’s Bergkamp-like strike (FC Twente – FC Volendam).
More than 75,000 votes were cast. In the final round today it was between the goals of Kramer and Brenet. The RKC striker’s distance shot came out on top with 55 percent of the votes.
