AZ gets talented Van Bommel – Ex-NEC player Márquez to Nürnberg

Feyenoord said goodbye today to six players who were part of last season’s champions’ team. At training complex 1908, Ofir Marciano, Timon Wellenreuther, Tein Troost, Oussama Idrissi, Jacob Rasmussen and Sebastian Szymanski received a photo plaque, as a memento of their time in Rotterdam. Coach Arne Slot addressed the players.

Rasmussen (Fiorentina) and Idrissi (Sevilla) return to their own clubs this summer after being rented out to Feyenoord last season. Troost continues his career with NAC Breda. For Marciano, whose contract expires, Wellenreuther and Szymanski (both rented) the option of a longer stay is kept open.
