Two young men are killed and five others are wounded in a shooting in Arizona, U.S.

U.S. authorities are investigating a shooting this weekend that left at least two dead and five wounded in Yuma, Arizona, near the Mexican border.

The Yuma Police Department has indicated that the victims were all male and ranged in age from 15 to 20 years old. Two of the victims, ages 19 and 20, were transported to a hospital, where they were pronounced dead.

Among the wounded, a 16-year-old boy is in serious condition, while the rest of the wounded — also shot — have a favorable prognosis.

The incident occurred on Saturday night, at 23.00 local time, during an unspecified meeting in the city of Yuma. Police, who are investigating the incident, do not have any suspects in custody at this time.

Investigators are currently interviewing several witnesses, U.S. CNN affiliate KYMA has reported.
