Trauner misses Feyenoord championship game due to injury

NOS Football–
Feyenoord player Gernot Trauner will miss his club’s possible championship game next Sunday. The central defender is struggling with a knee injury and the Rotterdammers report that he is not expected to be deployable for the next few weeks. Feyenoord can become champions Sunday against Go Ahead Eagles.
Late last year, Trauner was injured during a training session and was sidelined for a long time. In February he made his comeback in the league game with Fortuna Sittard and the following month, in the Europa League return against Shachtar Donetsk, he had his first starting place.
The 30-year-old Austrian, who is vice captain behind Orkun Kökcü, has played 31 official matches for Feyenoord so far this season.
