NEC hits double with Hoedemakers (Cambuur) and Hansen (Jong Ajax)

NEC will have midfielder Mees Hoedemakers and striker Sontje Hansen at its disposal next season. The 25-year-old Hoedemakers comes over from premier league relegation side Cambuur Leeuwarden, Hansen (20) comes over from Ajax. Both players come to Nijmegen free of charge.
Mees Hoedemakers has been a base player at Cambuur for four years, the last two of which were in the premier league. Before his period in Friesland he played soccer at AZ. There he mainly played his matches at Jong AZ.
Sontje Hansen is an outfielder who was allowed to make one appearance in Ajax’s first team at an Eredivisie match. Hansen made a name for himself at the 2019 World Cup for players under 17. He became top scorer of that tournament with six goals.
