Suspect in Florida supermarket shooting that left one wounded in Florida supermarket arrested

A male suspect of being the perpetrator of a shooting that occurred Tuesday at a supermarket in Broward County, in southeastern Florida (USA), which left one seriously injured and fled the scene, was arrestedauthorities have reported.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO), the suspect has been arrested after fleeing on a motorcycle, although for the time being has not been identified.

The shooting occurred around 14.00 local time (18.00 GMT) inside a Walmart supermarket in the town of Lauderdale Lakes, according to local media today.

The wounded man, whose identity was not disclosed, was airlifted to Broward General Hospital for treatment of multiple gunshot wounds.

Victim, a man in his 30s, was shot several times. and so far his health condition is unknown, according to the channel. CBS4.
