School bus driver accused of braking to cause children to hit their heads

A school bus driver in Colorado (USA) was fired from his job after he was caught purposely slamming on the brakes so that children would get hit.
As reported by the media TMZ.com, the driver wanted to give a lesson to the children on how to sit correctly in the bus seats after the little ones disregarded his requests for them to behave themselves.
Driver, Brian Fitzgeraldworked in the Douglas County School District and at the time was taking children from Castle Rock Elementary School.

Security footage from the bus shows Fitzgerald asking the children to sit down, unheeded. He then issues them a warning if they don’t behave, and then suddenly brakes abruptly, throwing the children forward. With a loud thud, and resulting in some children screaming as it happens.
According to TMZone of the children suffered a cut on one cheek due to the collision. Fitzgerald was fired, but is now under investigation for 30 counts of misdemeanor child abuse, as well as one count of child abuse with bodily injury.
This U.S. media outlet reports that Fitzgerald is summoned to appear in court next month.
