U.S. fast food chain worker shocks by revealing on TikTok how much she earns per month

On Tiktok, more than a few people are taking advantage of the social network’s reach to show off how their lives have changed after emigrating in search of a better future. From cultural differences to day-to-day life, all kinds of content works on the platform.

Among them is the user Marginalized A, a. tiktoker which publishes videos featuring emigrants from different parts of Latin America living in the US.

In his publications he presents the protagonists by always asking them the same four questions: what are their names, where do they come from, what do they do, and how much do they charge. However, what is really surprising are the high salaries that most of the people you interview claim to get per month.

Proof of this is one of her most viral videos starring Neisa. The Puerto Rican moved to Virginia two years ago and, since then, she has been working at a Five Guys. The young woman is in charge of the kitchen and gets paid, per month, between 5,000 and 6,000 dollars, which at the exchange rate would be between 4,500 and 5,400 euros.

Faced with Neisa’s response, not a few users have been surprised. Opinions are divided in the comments box of the video, which has already accumulated more than one million views. Some say that this amount is “an exaggeration” while others justify it because “in the United States tips are mandatory”.
