Event with a happy ending. The New Jersey State Police (United States) has shared a touching video showing the moment of the finding of a 4-year-old boy who was lost in the forest.
The events occurred in the Buena Vista Township area of Atlantic City on Wednesday afternoon. The child, for an unknown reason, wandered away from the house and his mother was unable to find him.
After alerting the authorities and after an hour of searching, the little boy, frightened and somewhat confused, was found about 800 meters from his home. At his side, his Labrador retriever, who did not abandon him at any time.

The images were recorded by the body camera of one of the agents, and they show how the boy explains that he has lost a shoe and how one of the agents embraces him in relief.
“We are thankful to report that due to the quick response of the agents and his mother, the terrified boy was safely located and in good health.“, the police said in a statement.
