Trump claims to be the only U.S. election candidate capable of preventing World War III

Former U.S. President Donald Trump has assured at a campaign event that he is the only candidate for the 2024 presidential election capable of preventing a Third World War.

“I am the only candidate who can make this promise: I will prevent World War III“, said the former president in a speech in the town of Davenportin the state of Iowa, has reported NewsWeek.

In this regard, Trump has stated that he believes the world is facing a war of such dimensions, accusing the Biden Administration of being “incapable of speaking well” and of leading the country into a nuclear war “that could end the world.”

“It will be a nuclear war (…) So this is not like a World War II, where we have Army tanks and rifles and we’re chasing each other. This is a level that will possibly end the world. And we have people who don’t know what they’re doing,” the former president added.
