profit with Jong Ajax in 2023

NOS Football–
On coach Dave Vos’ debut, Jong Ajax won in the first division for the first time since November. The Amsterdammers were too strong at home 4-2 to subtopper MVV and climb to place fifteen.
On the Ajax side, Francisco Conceição was one of the standouts. The Portuguese outfielder, normally part of the first selection, made it 2-0 in the eighth minute by dribbling in from the right side and shooting low into the short corner.
The 39-year-old Vos watched with satisfaction from the bench. He is the successor at Jong Ajax to John Heitinga, who has moved on to the first team and was an attentive spectator at De Toekomst on Monday night. Michel Kreek is again just assistant at Jong Ajax.
Vos is a familiar face at Ajax, where he previously worked with the senior youth teams. In November 2021, he left to become assistant to Giovanni van Bronckhorst at Rangers FC before they were sacked late last year. He has a contract in Amsterdam until the summer.
Hangover for NAC on Carnival Monday
Leading club Jong FC Utrecht surprised by sending coach Peter Hyballa’s NAC back to Breda, or rather ‘ut Kielegat’, 4-1. That’s what the city is called during carnival, the celebration that ends Tuesday. NAC is eleventh in the first division.
