Lita McClinton, aka Lita Sullivan, was ordered murdered by James Sullivan. The story of riches and murder will air on BET’s crime TV show Murder in the Thirst, under the title (Death by Roses) “Who Killed the Palm Beach Princess?” Jim Sullivan (James Sullivan), a white Florida millionaire, hired hit-man Phillip Anthony Harwood to murder his beautiful black wife—Atlanta socialite Lita McClinton Sullivan in 1987. The murder case has been featured in several documentaries. Murder in the Thirst promises to show us a different aspect of the case.
