Luke Perry: ‘90210’ Actor, In Hospital Following Massive Stroke


Luke Perry, best known for his role on the hit 1990s rich teens series 90210 has suffered a stroke. News outlets are reporting the stroke was massive, leaving Luke Perry in an induced coma. The news comes on the heels of 90210’s reboot announcement. Paramedics were dispatched to Luke Perry’s Sherman Oaks home, where they found him responsive. But his situation worsened quickly.


TMZ is reporting the following developments.

12:07 PM PT — Sources connected to Luke tell TMZ doctors have placed him in a medically induced coma. The stroke, we’re told, was “massive.” When paramedics arrived at his home he was responsive and talking but his condition deteriorated and he was rushed to the hospital.


52-year-old Perry can be seen in the TV series, Riverdale. We sure hope Luke Perry will recover soon. It was announced that his former love interest, Jennie Garth, has signed onto the new show.
