Aaron Hernandez Dead: Ex Football Star Commits Suicide Inside His Jail Cell


Former football star Aaron Hernandez was found dead in his jail cell earlier this morning, according to ABC news. The Massachusetts Department of Correction stated that one of the corrections officers found Hernandez hanging in his cell at 3:05 a.m. The former New England Patriots football player was transported to UMASS Leominster hospital where he was pronounced dead by a hospital doctor at 4:07 a.m.

MDOC stated that Aaron Hernandez used a bed sheet and attached it to his cell window to hang himself.

The Massachusetts State Police are currently investigating the scene.
