Peggy Thomas, also known as Peggy Sue Thomas, will be headlining tonight’s Snapped Killer Couples. The Oxygen-based TV show will chronicle the death of Russel Douglas, a Whidbey Island man who was shot in the head while sitting in his car on a quiet road in 2003. Authorities say that Peggy Thomas–Peggy Sue Thomas, a former beauty queen, and Ms. Washington, enticed her lover, James ‘Jim’ Huden, to kill Russel Douglas for her close friend and workmate, who was the wife of Russ Douglas.

Snapped Killer Couples episode is named Peggy Thomas/Jim Huden. The show is produced by Jupiter Entertainment and is in its 8th season. The Peggy Thomas beauty queen murder case has been shown on other crime documentary shows, such as Investigation Discovery’s Beauty Queen Murders, CBS’ 48 Hours, and NBC’s Dateline.
